Ambassador Theatre tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a theatre experience that’s packed with history and a dash of New York charm? The Ambassador Theatre is just that place. This gem has seen some legendary moments, like when Rent made its landmark debut there back on april 29, 1996, forever changing the musical scene. And if you’re into classics, in 2014 the theatre celebrated the 50th anniversary of Hello Dolly! with a special tribute that brought the house down. The theatre blends its vintage feel with modern comforts, think plush seats and updated amenities, while still keeping that old Broadway magic alive. Besides the big name shows, the box seats are perfect for special occasions or just feeling fancy, and the rear mezzanine offers a more relaxed view if you’re into that. Location-wise, it’s super easy to find, just a quick walk from the United Nations or hop on the subway from Brooklyn Botanic Garden to 42nd Street and stroll west. Whether you’re catching a show, hanging out after, or just soaking in the buzz, this theatre never disappoints. So why wait? Check out their ticketing page and lock in some tickets for an unforgettable night of theatre in the heart of New York.
